Dresses! Oh how I love thee! Dresses were my savior during pregnancy. The stretchy, the versatility. Now they are my savior again in post par tum. The forgiveness. The comfort. Since I showed you an Instagram round up of my favorite fall outfits featuring pants last week, it’s only natural I do the same for dresses. Especially since I know I’m not the only one who loves them so much. I even rocked my favorite pink blush maternity dress that was way too big because even I can’t say no to lace and blanket scarves. Not even in September . . . in Florida . . . call it a pregnancy craving.
Yes this picture makes it look like my water broke. I assure you it did not. But this outfit was perfect for those rainy days when the temperature dropped. Or right at the beginning of fall when they dropped a little, but it was still hot.
This outfit is the epitome of fall to me. Red plaid, cognac riding boots . . . it doesn’t get much better. It was perfect for the still hot temps of Florida fall. I love how big the belly looks in this dress. I kinda miss it.
Olive and mustard are a great color combination for fall weather especially when paired with my favorite booties!
This may be my favorite outfit of all time. I wish it got cold enough for this outfit in Florida more than one day a year. I’ve also decided that I’m definitely buying this dress in my post partum size.
What are you wearing this fall?
