Hey friends! 5 pieces 1 outfit is a twice monthly series where we feature 5 pieces that bring together 1 perfect outfit. It doesn’t take a lot of time, money, and pieces to create a fashionable look that anyone can create. 5 pieces is all you need to make another outfit killer. First, it’s best to have a theme so you have a place to build from. That can be a color combo or maybe even an event. But most of all you just need a good base piece. This week’s theme is maternity photo shoot inspiration and accessorizing with lipsticks!

Since I’m a fashion blogger, I have lots of good quality pictures of myself pregnant. And all of them are varying sizes. So I’m not going to spend a lot of time (just a few minutes to get some of me and hubby together) or money (gonna have a friend do it) on a maternity photo shoot. I’ll save all of that for professional pictures of baby boy. BUT if I were and money on the outfit was not an option either, I’d buy this $230 dress and look like a Grecian goddess. I don’t want to wear shoes with it, but I’d have some simple sandals just in case.  Since I’m having a boy I’d have sapphire earrings complimented with a flower crown in purple and blue hues, and finish it all up with the perfect subtle pink lip and neutral makeup.

Ok, now I think might spend the money . . .
