the one with 36 weeks

Welcome to September. The month I will most likely give birth! 36 weeks down. 4 more weeks, and our little boy will be here. I must be positive that he will come on time and not make me wait because I’m over being pregnant. I’m ready to just be a woman again . . . that never sleeps because she’s a mom. but, hey, the little she does sleep – she’s comfortable.

How far along? 36 weeks

Maternity clothes? I’m usually just in maternity leggings and a maternity tank top these days.

Sleep: It’s not great, but it could be a lot worse.

Best moment: Our maternity pics last week and my shower here in Vero the same day 🙂 little boy is so loved and it warms my heart.

Miss Anything?: Pregnancy hasn’t been terrible for me. For the most part I love growing my baby boy and feeling him move and become a little human. But I’m over it. I’m ready to have my baby in my arms and my regular body back.

Movement: He still moves ALOT. He’s much bigger now – doctor says about 5.5 lbs so the movements are stronger and bigger.

Food cravings: Just all the water and a thai pork taco from Taco Dive.

Anything making you queasy or sick: nope.

Gender: boy!

Symptoms: yup, all of those still.

Belly Button in or out? still in 🙂

Wedding rings on or off? on and comfortable.

Happy or Moody most of the time: right after I hit 34 weeks I thought I was going to start making up for lost time and get really emotional. We had a bit of a scare where I thought I lost my mucus plug and I also had a small bladder infection. Everything worked out, but I just got more emotional for a couple days. I forgot to make my husband lunch one day. He was almost late because he had to lay in bed with me to calm me down. Not late because I had to make lunch, late because I had a breakdown. Such a baby am I! Since that’s been taken care of though I’ve mellowed out again.

Looking forward to?  Our family will be here soon! and Jack comes right after 🙂
