The sun in florida is such a beast you guys. It’s so bright,and it stays that way like 90% of the time. It’ll be bright as hell even though it’s a cloudy, rainy day. The pictures above are proof of that. All day from my half closed windows (too bright to open the blinds all the way) I saw bright and sunny skies. So I got ready for date night – all cute and wifey like in my funny shirt. I left to pick up Iron Man from work and head off to get some thai food only to find RAIN OUTSIDE. Like ‘thank god I don’t have on suede’ rain, not a drizzle where as long as you don’t step in a puddle your suede will be fine. You know what I’m talking about.

I was seriously heart broken over not being able to take pictures of this outfit, especially the new herschel clutch (seriously, amazing clutch and cool cool company, go check them out). All through dinner, I thought to myself ‘when can i wear this again to take pictures and iron man not notice that i wore the exact same outfit so close together’ Guys, he’s a man. He doesn’t notice what I wear at any time unless it’s on the floor or I ask him if i look fat. And even on those two occasions I’m pretty sure he’s not looking at my clothes. So my concerns were unnecessary, and made even more so when we walked outside and there was no more rain. How could I forget we live in Florida now?

Why would I not go in the shade to take these pictures, you ask? Because the shade doesn’t help.
