Junk in the trunk . . .

We are just a few short weeks to the official start of summer . . . and a few short days to when the pools open!! I’m so, so excited as I’m sure most of you all are also.

Summer is always the time when I (finally) start working out like I should for the year – I slack off around the holiday’s and then struggle to pick back up until it’s warm out. The awesome pool in our complex and a beach vacation have me motivated so I wanted to invite all of you to join me in a challenge to get our legs and booty in tip top shape!

Yes, there are rest days because I ‘m lazy fully believe in resting your muscles. If the motivation stays, I plan to do this, 3 days of cardio, and keep up on our paleo inspired diet . . . good luck!
