Usually, I’m very good at making smart choices about what I wear. I never purchase something without fully thinking it through – price per wear, are there at least 3 ways I already have to wear it, am I positive I’ll actually wear it, etc. It’s very rare that I buy something on impulse. This is sort of a new trait for me, but there are financial goals I have in mind and places our family wants to be by the end of the year so I have to be smart about money. This shirt; however, I didn’t even think about it. I grabbed it, threw it in my cart, and never looked back. There are just some memories that have to be honored and watching ‘The Sandlot’ is one of those memories. It reminds me of childhood, days spent on the baseball/soccer fields, bomb pops and Oreos, and walking the neighborhood with my best friend Mary. And when clothing can provoke those memories then their worth an impulse buy, right!?
Also, this clutch is called the Leo clutch. Now we all know why I bought it . . . and we all know I might have a slight problem (or a big problem).
What’s your favorite movie from childhood?
