It’s the first of my capsule wardrobe, and I have to tell you the first week was pretty easy to be completely honest. Mostly because I didn’t do much this week . . .

outfit 1 – This was for work and straight into date night with my husband. I love this skirt because it’s comfortable and versatile. But I was starting to have a head cold this day so I didn’t feel like going all out with my clothes. The scarf fixed that – it kept me warm and jazzed up my plain white t. This was also the first day I wore my new booties and as you will see I love them.

outfit 2 – This was for work and straight into dinner with friends. I love wearing jeans to work and I love wearing a scarf as a vest 🙂 I learned how at the influence conference, and It’s happening once a week since then.

outfit 3 – it was a busy saturday and my head was killing me. a comfy sweater jazzed up with some leopard print shoes for grocery shopping was the only time I left the house.

outfit 4 – kept it simple for church and my dad’s birthday dinner in a green dress and my new booties.

Thoughts::

I’m glad it’s still near 70 so I don’t have to start layering. no layer now means lots of options left.
