Pumpkin pie is probably the easiest thing in the world to make. It’s my goal to eventually master a pie crust, but until I do that I will continue to use pre-made which makes pumpkin pie super easy. Here’s what you need :
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 1/4 cups evaporated milk or half and half
2 eggs, beaten
Mix all ingredients except pie crust in seperate bowl, then slowly pour into pie crust. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 350 and bake 30 more minutes!
Viola! you’re done!
